Dazaifu Central Bureau
Dazaifu Central Bureau is the temporary commanding section of the United Nations, to be used as the central point of operation for the Kyushu area.[1] The main authority figures leading the bureau are the Group of Ten.[2]
Geography[]
Vast premises contain the complex government building. It is composed of wooden structures, elevated slightly off the ground, with thatched roofs. A wall surround the cluster of buildings in a rectangular form.
The Dazaifu Central Bureau is divided into certain sections. It has an underground facility which includes a special detention area.[3] Located in the middle of the bureau is a government center where the Group of Ten holds their political meetings.[4]
Goal[]
The Dazaifu's government's priority is to conquer the world and establish a new world that is beneficial to Order Users.[5] To achieve that goal, they have a number of strategies, with the first one being to declare war with the entire world with Hoshimiya Eiji as the perpetrator.[6] They plan to initiate a battle against Yamaguchi as their beginning point,[5] and after that they will invade the main Japanese command center of the United Nations' temporary control in Tokyo.[7]
