Narukami Benkei (鳴神 弁慶, Narukami Benkei) is an Order User who is the Second Hand of the Group of Ten.[1]

Benkei is present at the meeting between the members of the Group of Ten, where Greenhorn reports that Hoshimiya Eiji, a candidate of potential, has encountered Abraham Louis Fran.[2] Later, Benkei approaches Eiji to introduce himself. He pats his shoulder and joyfully informs him that he has passed the trial they have prepared for him.[3]
After they disclose to them their plans to establish Kyushu as an independent country, and to appoint Eiji as their ruler, Eiji binds the Group of Ten in his territory.[4]
Benkei, along with Eiji and the other members of the Group of Ten, attends the Yamaguchi meeting. They discuss the essentials of their objective; to invade the country and overpower the Heavy Rock Star Order User so that they can gain full control.[5] At the teleconference with the Japanese prime minister, the executions of the Group of Ten's relatives in Tokyo are carried out, much to his and the others' distress. Benkei is able to identify the one of the deceased as his uncle.[6]
